If your computer is behaving strangely while using WorkAlertz, there are a few things to try:

  1. Make sure you're not using Internet Explorer (IE) with WorkAlertz. Since Microsoft is discontinuing IE, we no longer support it. We recommend you use Chrome, Firefox, or Safari for the best WorkAlertz experience.
  2. Refresh the page on your web browser.
  3. Close your web browser and sign in to WorkAlertz again. If that doesn't work, try restarting your computer or device and check you have a good Internet connection.
